Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Del Sol Halloween Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Del Sol LLC, 280 West 10200 South, Suite 300, Sandy, Utah 84070 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), except Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1st at 6:30 PM Mountain Time and ends on October 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are four (4) ways to enter during the Entry Period. Entries received through all methods are combined into a single pool for the drawing. There is no limit on the number of entries per person obtainable through the free methods of entry described in Sections 4(B), 4(C), and 4(D).

A. Purchase Entry. Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on qualifying merchandise purchases at delsol.com during the Entry Period. Entry amounts are calculated on the merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and applied discounts. Purchases that are cancelled or refunded do not qualify, and Sponsor reserves the right to void the associated entries. Purchase entries are credited to the email address associated with the order. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants may enter for free, without limit, via the online entry form, Instagram, or mail as described in Sections 4(B), 4(C), and 4(D).

B. Free Online Entry. Visit https://www.delsol.com/halloween-sweepstakes/ and complete and submit the entry form with all required information to receive one (1) entry per submission. There is no limit on the number of form entries per person during the Entry Period. Entries must be submitted manually by the entrant; entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void and may result in disqualification. No opt-in to Sponsor’s marketing communications is required to enter or win.

C. Mail-In Entry. Alternatively, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it with sufficient postage to: Del Sol LLC, 280 West 10200 South, Suite 300, Sandy, Utah 84070, Attn: “Del Sol Halloween Sweepstakes Entry,” to receive one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than October 31st, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail.

D. Social Media Entry. During the Entry Period, entrants may enter via Instagram by tagging a friend in a comment on Sponsor’s official Sweepstakes post to receive one (1) entry per unique comment. Tag one person per comment. There is no limit on the number of social media entries per person during the Entry Period. Tagged accounts must be real, distinct, active accounts belonging to individuals other than the entrant; tags of duplicate, fake, bot, brand, or inactive accounts are void. The entrant’s Instagram account must be public or the tag otherwise visible to Sponsor for entries to be credited. Social media entries are credited based on Sponsor’s records, which are final. Following Sponsor’s Instagram account is not required to enter or win.

5. Prizes

Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of four (4) Express tickets to Halloween Horror Nights 2027 at Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida, for use by the winner and up to three (3) guests of winner’s choosing. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $1200. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,400. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded.

Tickets are valid only for eligible Halloween Horror Nights 2027 event nights, as designated by Universal Orlando Resort. Tickets will be delivered to winners after Universal Orlando Resort releases Halloween Horror Nights 2027 tickets for sale. Event dates, availability, blackout dates, and ticket terms are set by Universal Orlando Resort and are subject to change. Unused tickets will be forfeited and will not be replaced or extended. Prizes do not include transportation, lodging, parking, food, beverages, merchandise, gratuities, or any other expenses, all of which are the sole responsibility of winners and guests. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If Halloween Horror Nights 2027 is cancelled, postponed, or modified for any reason, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award a substitute prize of comparable value, and will have no further obligation to winners. If the ARV of a prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to that winner reflecting the ARV.

Guest Requirement. Guests under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times. Universal Orlando Resort does not recommend Halloween Horror Nights for children under thirteen (13). Each guest, or guest’s parent or legal guardian, must sign and return Sponsor’s Guest Liability and Publicity Release before tickets are issued. Failure to return the required release will result in forfeiture of that guest’s portion of the prize. Winners and guests must comply with all Universal Orlando Resort rules, policies, and codes of conduct, and may be removed from the event for non-compliance, with no compensation.

6. Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about November 16, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Each potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Entrants who enter by mail may also be notified at the mailing address provided on their entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will attempt to award each prize to no more than three (3) alternate winners, after which the prize may go unawarded. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Social Media Participation. Where lawful, and as a condition of claiming the prize, each winner agrees to participate in Sponsor’s social media content related to the prize experience. This may include being featured in posts, Stories, Reels, videos, and other content published on Sponsor’s social media accounts and marketing channels before, during, and/or after the event. Where such participation may not lawfully be required as a condition of receiving the prize, winner’s participation is requested but not required.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses automated, scripted, bot, or bulk entry methods, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, and in such event to award the prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical or network failures of any kind. Sponsor is not responsible for any sickness, illness, injury, or other inconvenience arising out of or related to the prizes or attendance at the event.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Universal Orlando Resort, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each from any and all claims, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation attendance at Halloween Horror Nights and any travel to or from the event. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the Approximate Retail Value of the applicable prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.delsol.com/help/privacy-policy.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration. Where lawful, and as a condition of claiming the prize, each winner consents to be featured in Sponsor’s social media content — including posts, Stories, Reels, videos, and other formats across all platforms — in connection with the prize experience. Where such participation may not lawfully be required as a condition of receiving the prize, winner’s participation is requested but not required.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Winner List

To obtain the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Del Sol, 280 West 10200 South, Suite 300, Sandy, Utah 84070, Attn: “Del Sol Halloween Sweepstakes Winner List,” or email onlineservice@delsol.com, after November 30, 2026 and no later than March 31, 2027. Requests received after March 31, 2027 will not be honored.
