IN-STORE PURCHASES – If you’re not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges through our online store. Any apparel exchanges done through the online store will have the name Del Sol, instead of a location-specific name. Or, if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange with a location-specific namedrop, we recommend contacting the store where the original purchase was made. ONLINE PURCHASES – If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, return it to us for a prompt exchange. In addition, we even offer FREE return shipping on any Solize and apparel returns or exchanges within the U.S.
Please note that all return items must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
Follow these 3 steps to prepare your exchange:
1. Fill out an electronic Return Form. Enter your information into the electronic Return Form, and you will be emailed a confirmation email with a packing list. Please include your packing list in the box when you send your item back to us.

For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.) Any product lost in shipping is the responsibility of the sender.
Once the product being returned is received, the new item will arrive to you within 12 business days. If the same item or requested item is not available then a promo code for the online store will be emailed to you.
