Return/Exchange Policy

DelSol.com is happy to guarantee all of our merchandise. Purchases made online can be returned for an exchange using the instructions below. For purchases made in a US store, we offer an exchange for items in our online store, or you may contact the store directly. For purchases made in one of our international locations, we offer an exchange for items in our online store only.

If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, return it to us for a prompt exchange less shipping charges.

Please note that all return items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent within 60 days of the purchase date.

Follow these 3 steps to prepare your exchange:

1. Fill out a Return Form.
Enter your information into the PDF Return Form, print it out, and include it in your package.

2. Pack. Please use the original packaging or a strong, corrugated carton. Include all products, and pack and tape your package securely. All international duty fees must be pre-paid by the sender. Any product damaged or lost in shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

3. Ship. For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)

Once the product being returned is received, an exchange for a product(s) of equal value will be shipped to you within 10 business days.
